Nails On Fleek Policies

At Nails On Fleek, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Nails On Fleek experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

Manicure

How To Make An Appointment

A deposit of Rm50 is required to schedule an appointment. If you want to book our removal services the entire service price should be deposited.

All deposits are non-refundable. No worries, if you reschedule at least one day before your appointment, your deposit will transfer over to your rescheduled appointment and will not be lost.

Appointment must be made minimum 4 days before the date set.

No kids allowed.

Pedicure

Tardiness

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Nails On Fleek and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled. (Deposit Non-refundable)

Nail Polish

Reschedule & Cancellation

Please reschedule your appointment at least one day before the date set. Your deposit will not be lost and will be transferred for rescheduled appointment)

Not showing up for an appointment or showing up late is considered cancelled. (Deposit non-refundable)

Appointment should be cancelled at least 2 days before the appointment date. (Deposit non-refundable) If you later decide to make a new appointment, a new deposit will be required.
